Relive the golden age of steam and realise your dream of driving a steam engine, Diesel Engine OR Tram!
You will receive a warm welcome from your instructor here at Statfold Barn Railway followed by a safety briefing & information. You are then shown to the footplate where full instructions on the driving controls, firing techniques and other locomotive operating requirements are given. Then, taking turns with the other participants, you will become the driver and fireman!
